With a further two ODI centuries, now with five in total, the dynamic opener has been consistently brilliant with the bat amassing 432 runs at an average of 54.00.
In addition to her ODI feats Devine was even more influential in the 20 over format. Five half centuries in 15 innings produced 537 runs at an average of 38.38, including a career high 73 against Ireland. Fifteen wickets through this period adds substance to a resume that would rival any cricketer in the world. The CPA Players’ Award is coveted by the players although it was obvious Devine was a leading contender there was an obvious air of anticipation as NZCPA CEO Heath Mills presented the 4th cap in an intimate presentation with the team in Melbourne following the Australian series.
